The Travelers Coffee Gift Box contains the Wacaco Nanopresso + case and the Nanopresso Barista Kit. The Nanopresso is one of the best and most versatile espresso machines. And makes the perfect travel companion due to it’s small size (15.6cm). The addition of the Barista Kit means that you can pull double shots of espresso because of the following accessories: two 16g coffee filter baskets, an adapter to fit the larger baskets and an extended 140ml water reservoir.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is free for all orders over $120. For orders below $120, Shipping is charged at the flat rate of $20.00 for delivery anywhere in Australia PROCESSING TIME- Order verification, Quality check and Packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 2 days after the order is placed. The courier service company processes the orders, which can take an additional 1 day. SHIPPING TIME– This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our dispatch center to the destination. Please see below chart. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays and extra costs in delivering your order.   Adelaide Metro - Same day express $35.00 Available to selected Adelaide metro postcodes. Only available for orders placed prior to 11.00am on business days. If no-one is home, a re-delivery attempt will be made the following business day, and if that fails the package will be returned to us. Orders placed on weekends will be delivered the following business day. A new delivery fee will apply for 2nd deliveries, due to no-one receiving the package or wrong addresses provided. Special delivery arrangements can be made for orders placed after 11.00am, using an express courier, but additional fees will apply. Please email for details.   Adelaide Metro - Standard Courier $20.00 for orders under $120.00 Orders placed before 4.00pm will be delivered the next business day or later as chosen.   Rest of Australia <5kg: $20.00 5-10kg: $25.00 10kg+: P.O.A Orders placed by 2.00pm will be delivered within 1-2 business days for most locations via our selected courier. For remote locations delivery can take up to 3-5 business days.   Rest of Australia - Special Delivery Special delivery arrangements can be made for orders placed after 2.00pm, using an express courier, but additional fees will apply.   • Additional gifts to the same address attract a $10 delivery fee per gift, except for Adelaide, which is $5 per additional gift, when ordering 5 or more gifts.
  • Once your order has been accepted by Madam Brew, we are unable to make changes to your order.
  • Once your order has been distributed to our nominated carrier it becomes their responsibility. Madam Brew is not liable and/or responsible for any delays and/or lost and/or stolen orders in transit.
  • As our gifts contain perishable items, and often need to be in the hands of the receiver on a specific date, if a recipient is not available to take delivery, gifts will be left in a safe place, as determined by Madam Brew, on the premises. By ordering a gift, you acknowledge our authority-to-leave.
  • If a gift is not able to be found on the premises, and Madam Brew can provide evidence of delivery from the courier, then unfortunately this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement, as the gift has been delivered.
  • If a parcel is deemed unsafe to leave by the courier, a card will be left, and the parcel taken to the local courier depot, waiting to be advised by you of redelivery arrangements.
  • Please note that a re-delivery fee will need to be charged if an incorrect address is given. Please ensure the delivery address you provide is correct, before placing your order. Parcels that are successfully delivered, when an incorrect address is provided, are not eligible for refunds.
  • If delivering to a hospital, please ensure the patient will still be there within the delivery time-frame above and are allowed to receive gift boxes.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or coffee and any used items. All purchases of custom items are FINAL SALE. You have 7 days to request a return from the date you received the item(s). To initiate a return, email us at Change of Mind Returns We do not offer refunds for gifts that are shipped and delivered to the recipient without any damage. If you have received something that was out of date, broken or damaged, please contact Madam Brew via email and we will be sure to replace those items for you. If you do wish to swap an item we would be happy to send you another item once we have received the original item back and in its original unopened condition. Any additional costs for the replacement item such as delivery, or any difference in prices, would need to be paid for prior to shipping. The cost of returning the Product by post is at your expense, unless faulty. Returns must be sent by you at your cost using a trackable or signed-for delivery service, such as registered post. A request for a refund can be made for a gift that has not yet shipped up to a maximum of 30 days from order. No refunds will be payable after this time. Faulty Products If any Product is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or does not match the description then please contact us by email at Madam Brew will offer a replacement Product, credit note or refund at its discretion subject to the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) Madam Brew will evaluate your return request and send you full return instructions and return address. The postage cost for the return will be borne by you except where Madam Brew subsequently deems the returned Product faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or that it does not match the description on the site in which case Madam Brew will refund the postage cost to you. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that your returned item reaches us safely. Madam Brew is not liable for the loss or damage of return items in transit. Please use a traceable delivery method and keep a record of your tracking number. Madam Brew will email you to confirm when a return has been received by us.
