Shelley Beach Hampers is a family run business with roots in Country New South Wales. Having grown up in a farming community, we are strong advocates for supporting local farmers and producers. Having seen first-hand the devastation the droughts, floods and fires can have on communities, this is the exact reason why we source from local businesses across our region.

Shipping Policy

All deliveries are via our Couriers or Australia Post dependent upon location and quantity ordered. Order can be to either one office location or to individual locations. Shipping is invoiced separately based on destination and quantity ordered. Bulk Corporate Orders where delivery is required to individual locations cost will be discussed at time of consultation. Delivery should be to an office or work location to ensure a signature can be obtained as proof of delivery. If the address provided is incorrect and the parcel is required to be re-delivered, a re-delivery fee of $20.00 will be incurred. Estimated Transit Times

Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy Thank you for shopping at Shelley Beach Hampers, we want to make any returns as painless as possible for you. We stand by our product and we hope that you love your hamper, however, if you are dissatisfied, we want to quickly correct the problem. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation If you need to cancel your hamper order or make a change, please notify us 48 hours before the delivery date and we will refund you the amount paid for the hamper. If your hamper has already been made, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover any costs. $30.00 Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email. Items Damaged in Transit All our hampers are packed carefully, however if an item in your hamper has been damaged in transit, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement.
